Показания для проведения операции Фемто-ЛАСИКа:

Близорукость в диапазоне до -15.0 диоптрий;
Дальнозоркость до +6,0 диоптрий;
Миопический астигматизм до – 6,0 диаптрий;
Гиперметропический астигматизм до +4 диопртий.

В том случае, когда во время обследования врач не выявит противопоказаний, он разрешает лазерную коррекцию зрения.

Этапы проведения операции:

обезболивают глаза при помощи капель, которые начинают действовать уже через пару секунд;
с помощью фемтосекундного лазера создается лоскут верхнего слоя роговицы, края его формируются не под прямым, а острым углом. При возвращении хирургом части роговицы на место, она идеально ложится, без образования зазоров.

Для формирования новой поверхности роговицы, необходимый ее участок испарятся. Манипуляция осуществляется эксимерным лазером.

Контроль осуществляется трехмерной системой Eye-tracking, отслеживающей то, в каком положении находится зрачок пациента. Iris Registration система, следящая за ротационными движениями глаза (циклоторсия), что исключает даже малейшую погрешность коррекции.

Лоскут, который ранее был отогнут, ложится на свое место, и силы естественной адгезии надежно фиксируют его.
