Description:

Операция по замене хрусталика глаза необходима, если удаляется катаракта либо при значительном нарушении рефракции глаза при отсутствии возможности проведения коррекции зрения при помощи эксимерного лазера.

Перед заменой хрусталика необходимо решить какой хрусталик выбрать и выяснить, какой эффект ожидается после проведения оперативного вмешательства.

В настоящее время офтальмологи используют гибкие хрусталики, изготовленные из акрила, легко устанавливающиеся с помощью микроскопического надреза.

При катаракте хрусталик заменяется следующим образом: сначала удаляется катаракта, затем имплантируется интраокулярная линза.
