Как проходит операция по имплантации ИОЛ?

Преимущественно используется капельная местная анестезия, реже общий наркоз.

В глаз пациента закапывают специальные капли, чтобы расширить зрачок. Далее зона вокруг глаз обрабатывается и накрывается специальной стерильной салфеткой. После чего офтальмохирург делает микроскопические проколы для ввода специальных инструментов.

Под действием ультразвука хрусталик превращают в эмульсию и извлекают, а в его капсулу вводят интраокулярную линзу.

Когда можно будет вернуться к работе?

Если осложнений нет, то пациент может покинуть клинику практически сразу. Однако рекомендуется, чтобы в первое время рядом присутствовал помощник, поскольку непосредственно в день операции зрение будет нечетким.

Для возобновления привычной жизнедеятельности нужно несколько дней, но может наблюдаться повышенная чувствительность к яркому свету или прикосновениям, а также ощущение дискомфорта в виде чувства инородного тела или песка.

Первоначально важно воздерживаться от излишнего напряжения (в т.ч. поднятия тяжестей). Недопустимо попадание влаги или механическое воздействие на прооперированный глаз до его полного заживления.
